The title of the piece is "Seclusion" yet I don't feel the vision matches the piece itself. In essence, the house is linked to society through the road. The idea is solid, the execution, however, is ineffective in conveying it.
However, the idea itself is no means original. The "road going off into the distance" ploy has been rehashed many a time. However, the fog does create some interest, but not enough to hold the viewer in. The house serves little purpose and becomes more of an eyesore rather than helping the piece. It's shape juts out against the atmosphere you've built, ruining the feel.
The technique needs refinement. I understand that the lack of contrast is meant to enhance the fog like effect, but some contrast is needed to at least create interest in the piece. It seems as if it all runs together.
All of this combined does little to evidence the idea of seclusion. In this way, there is little impact to the viewer as well.
This piece can have multiple meanings to it and I feel that it gives off this mysterious atmosphere. The fogginess and the opening of the trail ahead gives good depth, it kind of makes me wonder if I walked this trail what would I find. Vision quality is good. Your technique of just having it all a monotone kind of color gives off a good effect. There is good composition in this piece. The name that you have given it adds to the mystery of the house and why it is so alone. As always great job and thank you.
