I really liked the technique of this piece. The contrast works just great with centering in around that one stem of flowers. the blacks at the edges and that lighting up as it gets to the center is really well played out. I like the way the edges of this piece look old and worn away. That one stem of flowers in the middle give me a sense of hope for spring, the season I enjoy most. Thanks for sharing and again congrats on the wonderful piece. Thank you for allowing me the honor, privilege of critiquing this great piece.

Sometimes I like to observe the soil of the fields or derelict land, placing me at the plants level, or placing the camera under them. It is thus a secret world of a humble and vegetation without a name that always surprises me. But the result of the photographs rarely satisfies me.
This image reminds me this desire, and I see it as a record of this little world that I love. I suppose the image is edited, but an image is never exactly the record of reality, but the interpretation that we do of it.
