First of all, this Picture is interesting. I do think that it is really hard to make an interesting photo of some trees.
The second most striking thing about the photo is its colour. personally, i don't like this greyish-green very much, but thats just an opinion. at least theres some contrast in there, so thats cool.
the strikiest (most striking, strikiongtest, what?) is, of course, the blur. its quite cool. but i don't love it. for a good visualisation of movement i would use blurring lines from the centre to the edges of the picture, just as seen in many comic books when the character is moving. this circluar blur seems a bit distracting and unrealistic. (i imagine your picture more as the picture edward collen sees when hes in the forest as what i might see when i am backing away quickly.)
all in all, i appreciate the effort that has been put in this, but its not a favourite keep it up!
lvely effects, is this photoshop? not that it matters that much, it is the final piece that matters, not how it was made. but it also reminds me of the colurs of cyanotypes.....
