This photograph is very lovely first of all. I love the warm colors of it, it makes the picture very inviting. The photo has a very tranquil, serene feel about it that makes it very nice to look at. The composition seems very heavy and dense on the left side and there doesn't seem to be much on the right side to balance it out. I think I would just work on the composition of this piece a little bit. I don't think the composition is bad, the photograph overall is very nice. It's just something you might want watch. Hope this critique helps!

Where to start with this piece...

I would like to start with something that is quite counter-intuitive.
The contrast. I know you must be thinking ... how is there contrast when there is such a blur and smoothness to the pictures... Hear me out. The contrast I see is that of the smooth fog like atmosphere surrounding what seems to be a very "sharp" forest with a lot of definition and detail. I think this is what makes me so attracted to this image. The execution of this effect is flawless and would like to congratulate the photographer for achieving this as I've seen many people try and fail.

The colors. The would say that this Photo has been post processed ( which is not a bad thing in my book at all) in a way using either split toning or gradient mapping, both of which are the same thing I might add. The use of this tool(s) Is very well used to give a more yellow tint to the overall photo while adding a bit of blue/purple to the shadows to make the photograph more easy on the eyes.

Bad points: The only thing I can comment on the entire photo would be the composition ... Just 1 part of it. The branch hanging down from the top left of the photo ... I would of preferred to either see more of it or just for it not to be there, but it is understanding that one cannot just simply chop down a branch .

This is my favorite by far <3

It's so gorgeous, and warm.

It seems like I could just, stare at it, and stare at it, and suddenly, I'm there.
